Going out with a bang
We've done it - we've really got to the end of the boot camp.
We really are going to miss our weekly training sessions and we might even miss John shouting at us to work harder and stop slacking.

Looking ahead
It was training day five of six this week and it was a big sad when we realised it was the last time we'd finish by saying "see you next week" to John.
Clare and I will both miss having that hour set aside in the week to dedicate to pulling on our trainers and being put through out paces.

The end of the boot camp is nigh
It was week four of the six-week boot camp this week.
Six weeks seemed a long time when we signed up but it's really flown by.

We've reached the homeward straight.
