Salsacise
Salsacise lessons combine salsa dance and group exercise to improve your fitness level and feel great. Whether you're an experienced dancer, or simply a beginner, this class is guaranteed fun. You don’t need to be a dancer, you don’t need a partner, you can quickly learn the easy-to-follow dance steps so you can exercise along. Put some Latin attitude into your hip sway and get loose. You’ll burn the fat, feeling the beat of the Mambo, Cha- cha-cha, Samba and more. Salsacise is a great way of toning your arms, legs and torso. It is a fantastic cardiovascular exercise for building heart strength. Classes are ideal for both men and women of any size who are willing to spend an hour with a difference
