New Winter programme of wonderful walks

H F West Cumbria Local Group. A walking group for people of all ages.
Subscription £5 for all aged over 16 years. Any persons interested are invited to join us on any of the walks. If they would then like to become members of our group they should apply with the subscription to either of the officers named below. Cheques are to be made payable to 'West Cumbria HF local group'.
All walks start at 10.15. 15 min should be allowed before the start for booting up and briefing.
The committee and leaders can accept no responsibility for the safety and well-being of members or guests participating in the activities of the West Cumbria HF Local Group.

A walks will take up to 5.5 hours of strong walking including a 1 hour rest allowance. B walks will take up to 4.0 to 5.0 hours medium walking & rest periods taken as required by the walkers. F walks will take up to 5.5 hours of modest pace walking with generous rests designed to assist the more sociable interests of the members taking part.
