Why not try your hand at tai chi?

Tai Chi class Mondays 7 - 8:30 pm (term time only) at The Scout Centre, Cockermouth. This is a mainstream traditional Tai Chi class. We practice 5 Loosening exercises and the Yang Style 37 move short form.
Tai Chi Exercise class Thursdays 1:15 - 2:15 pm (term time only) at The Scout Centre, Cockermouth. This class is for people who would like to a simpler form and some easy exercises. We practice the 18 Shibashi exercises, Lotus and the Tai Chi for Arthritis Sun style form.
