Why not try your hand at tai chi?

Tai Chi class Mondays 7 - 8:30 pm (term time only) at the Scout Hut, Cockermouth. This class is a tradtional Tai Chi class.
Tai Chi Exercise class Thursdays 1 - 2 pm (term time only) at Lorton Street Methodist Hall, Cockermouth. This class is for people who have special health needs and cannot manage a traditional Tai Chi class
